Chemical Recovery Project
A company had a chemical from the process that had a large amount of over spray and lost to the process. The company estimated roughly 50% was lost out of the system. The chemical was expensive and the company wished to recover the chemical with minimal manual handling.
RJV Solutions designed and supplied a small tank, pump, and filter skid to sit next to their process. The skid gathered the over spray run-off into a small tank. Material was pumped thru a filter and returned to their process tank. RJV Solutions provided a small control panel to accompany this process which contained a HMI and PLC.
