RJV Solutions has provided many operator panels over the years. From this work, we provide three lines of standard application panels for industry.
Remote Cellular Monitoring: These small panel boxes are designed to receive hard wired (or wireless) analog and discrete signals from field devices. The panel itself contains a cellular modem which will transmit the data to web-based software applications. Different model numbers can handle 4, 8, or 14 data points. These panels are perfect for remote monitoring of tank levels, small processes, small pumping stations, etc. RJV Solutions can assist with web-based access and software applications.
Chemical Addition Panels: These panels were designed to replace the BadgerMeter Model AC-154 Admix Control units. RJV’s Chemical Addition panels offer a touch screen with PLC controls to operate up to 8 chemical dispensing systems. Units can operate in the automatic or manual mode. Models are available for 4 or 8 chemical adds to a process, mixer, or tank.
Conveying and Weighing Panels: RJV’s C&W panels control an infeed conveyor and a weighing conveyor. The touch screen with PLC controls allows a systematic weighing/inspection of the same part over and over. Designed to confirm a cutting, molding, or machining operation by checking the weight of each part as it passes through the system.
